This is for people who can't wait for the lists of people within universe or want to avoid bring out an entire universe. Or something off beat and not connected to the usual worlds of comics and/or superheroes. Like those limited characters in a comic or show or whatever. In other words, it is a quick and easy answer for a quick entry for a Wishing Rock storyline.

 Or it's just an excuse to allow or more options. Which is never a bad thing on an addventure.
