Mele-on Grayza, former commandant of the Peacekeepers, didn't know where the rock which had the words about wishing on it appeared from. But when she held it and made some minor wishes, she was granted her small desires. Testing the waters, she then moved to think of her major desires.

Yes, I have a few ideas. Like getting Crichton on my side, and leaving Sun with ashes and ruins. Still, to gain an advantage... I wish my Heppel Oil gland has not shorten my lifespan, as well as create Heppel Oil which effects all species and genders."
With that, her mind control aphrodisiac tool and weapon became much more dangerous. She also began to plot on how to improve them even more. Or give herself other powers as well. She also created plans for her foes and potential friends.
