 From the words of Yojimbo Zeromaru on the BE Addventure, the rock was basically a unlimited rules free wishing rock.

 It has morphed with writers to a small piece of jade which magically has the words "Make a Wish" warp over it. It also is a perverted semi-intelligent rock which desires it's wielder to make sexual and/or selfish wishes. It has also been shown from different episodes to have the power to make the person holding it make the wishes the rock wants if the person is not paying attention or is distracted.

  So now we throw this rock into the worlds of anything which is a comic book, is similar to a comic book or connected to a comic book. Which of the numerous worlds should the wishing rock be thrown into?
