Fish Mooney, the criminal captain of the Theatre District for the Falcone family, had locked herself into her room alone. Even if the door was flanked by bodyguards. She looked at the emerald piece of jade with the rippling words of 'Make a Wish'.  Her first wish had been what had convinced her of it's power.

'I wished to know what it was worth outloud. Then it popped in my head, the answer. Infinite wealth, power and pleasure. Then I made some minor wishes, which seemed to ripple and change reality. Only I notice it unless I made sure others would know about it.

Which proves it's worth in endless wealth, power and pleasure. The question is how to use it.' she thought as she plotted and planned on how to use it. She smiled as she realized one of the best moves she could make.

"I wish to know which people I know are the future movers and shakers of Gotham." spoken outloud, she now had the information on who are on the rise. The answer was not what she suspected. Neither she or Carmine Falcone... heck, not many of the current movers and shakers would remain. No, a new crop would rise. One of which filled her with rage.

'Penguin. He's on the move! The hell he is if I have anything to do with it.' She seethed for a minute, before focusing on the others. Bruce Wayne was expected, but not the Kyle kid. The answer was obvious to Mooney, 'Girl must be getting her claws into Wayne early. Good for her. Then there is interestingly enough, Detective James Gordon. When the do-gooder idealist of the force, one of the only non-corrupted members of the city government, has a future it means two things. Either he becomes corrupted and part of the system... or he succeeds in changing the system to something clean. Especially given his banishment to Arkham.'

She had a list of targets, some schemes and a rock which grants her every desire as long as she has it. She thought to herself, 'Time to make this work for me.'
