Across the known universe, a strange thing began to affect all entities deemed female, whether by biology, craftsmanship or other forms. How it manifested differed vastly, dependent on the woman herself, but all came from the same root.

Every woman, without exception, soon felt the overwhelming urge to fulfill and live out her worst nightmare. The urge was very particular, avoiding anything too common, too universally dreaded, going for only the things that struck at who the women were and what mattered most in their lives. Worst of all, this power came at them as an urge, not a command. It did not force them against their will, but gave them the feeling of a need to satisfy it, cruelly leaving them to resist as best they could or give in.
