Joker pursed her thick pillowy red lips as she studied herself nervously in the mirror. Then she combed her curly green hair and hefted the huge white tits that threatened to spill out of her purple striped vest (she wore vest and jacket, but no shirt of course!). She wanted to look her best for the appointment. At least she didn't need to worry about lipstick, eyeshadow, nail polish, or any of that. All already attached! And she was getting ready for her favourite part of the day, her daily appointment with the prison psychiatrist, Dr. Harleen Quinzel. As an employee of the prison, "Dr. H" had maintained her adult age, though her mind was altered to make herself more accepting of this new order. Joker wondered if Dr. H had heard what happened to Eddie Nigma. Maybe the Doctor would punish the Joker. Give her a spanking for being such a naughty little girl....
