Val's screaming woke Johnny up from the couch, where he'd been sleeping.
"What's going on?" he yelped.
Then he looked down at himself, and all the horrific burn marks that covered his body. He touched his head. There were burn marks there as well, and all his hair was gone! What was going on?

Susan and Jen were a little too far away from Val's bedroom to currently hear the screams. They had a need that needed to be filled, and were in the kitchen, satisfying their much bigger bellies.
Susan was stuffing her face with all sorts of food, and had found some of Ben's beer and cigars. She'd never liked them before but now they felt so right.
Meanwhile, She-Hulk had discovered that the only food she wanted now was meat. Lots of meats. She was currently devouring a whole raw chicken, bones and all.
"Sue?"
Sue turned from her meal, a cigar in her mouth, to see a bizarre figure slither into the room. "Reed?"
Reed no longer seemed to have full control over his stretching powers. His limbs were really long and dragged behind him, his body drooped (giving him a strange hunchback), and his body and face looked half melted.
"What's going on?" Sue asked.
