Peter was walking down in New York as Eros was looking for someone... interesting to use as a love match for Peter (Barring the usual suspects). We he saw something which surprised even a spirit of chaos like himself. Aphrodite was doing some shopping in one of the many fine stores of New York and was on Peter's path. Born of Chaos, Eros had a past which as the Joker liked to say was multiple choice. He was born from the raw chaos at the beginning of the universe. He was also the Son of Aphrodite and Ares, Son of Aphrodite and Hermes, Son of Zeus and Iris, and so on and so on. Which is why he was focused on his currently red haired mother. For years she had been neglecting love as she had not been in love for a long time. Enough for her to give a copy of her magical belt to the siren Venus (after wanting to battle the siren for impersonating the goddess). 'Perhaps it's time for 'mother' to regain her post as love goddess by being reminded of love. With my lucky new 'stepdad' Peter.' Thought Eros as he waited for their eyes to just glance each other as they passed before they firing his arrows deep into their eyes. The arrows being rare super-powered bolts even to affect the goddess of love herself, for deities were resistant to his normal bolts and the gods of love especially hard to hit with them. Peter and Aphrodite eyes soon filled with love (and lust) at first sight as they move towards each other.
