As the green smoke cleared, Lois glared at the Asian woman, and all of a sudden felt a surge of desire. She'd realized that the woman was beautiful before, but she hadn't been aware of just how...wait a minute.
Lois' eyes narrowed. She may have experimented in college, but she had never really been attracted to another woman before. And this one was a beauty, but she wasn't more beautiful than say, Wonder Woman or Starfire, whom Lois had interacted with on multiple
occasions without any such feelings.
"What the hell did you just do?!" she yelled.
The woman looked contrite. "My apologies. I merely wished to show my appreciation for your beauty. It is no wonder Superman chose you as his mate."
Lois was taken aback, but hid it. "I have no idea what you're talking about it. I am totally faithful to my husband..."
"Clark Kent, yes." The woman said, smiling. "Who is Superman. Do not bother to deny it."
Lois stared at her, realizing that his was no bluff. "Who are you?"
"I am the Jade Dragon, an...admirer...of the Man of Steel. I wish to learn all there is to know about him."
Lois frowned. "And you know his identity...how?"
"It is a long story. I will tell you all about it, if you tell me about your husband."
Lois thought for a moment, and Jade Dragon inwardly exulted. Lois' will and intellect were too strong to be overcome by brute force hypnotism. Instead, the Asian beauty would use the reporters curiosity and desire to protect her husband against her, keeping
her distracted with meaningless chatter as her mind was slowly, subtly reprogrammed to suit Jade Dragon.
