"Ah, there you are," Storm said as she sauntered into the room.
Cyclops turned and hissed.
"Yes, you can feel the embryo inside of you," Storm purred. "You feel it infect every inch of you, replacing your humanity with the perfect beauty of the Brood. Your mind, it wants to succumb so badly. You were so alone when you lost Jean Gray, a poor little
boy adrift with so much pain he doesn't want, so many responsibilities he can't handle!"
She caressed his arm.
"Once you become a Brood queen like me, all that emptiness, all that pain, it'll all go away. You know that, don't you?"
"Yesss," Cyclops moaned.
"You embrace your destiny and I'm going to reward that. After all, I'm a just and loving queen." Storm ran her fingers over Cyclops' twitching crotch. "Let me fill your last few moments as a human male with pleasure."
She kissed him on the lips and wrapped her arms around him.

Wolverine rushed into the room... and found it empty.
"What?"
The door slammed shut behind him and locked.
"Damn it!"
Then the Shadow-Queen phased through the ceiling right above him.
Kitty had respected Wolverine as a mentor, a father figure, but Shadow-Queen hated him. He had murdered the Brood embryo inside him! He needed to suffer!
She shrieked in rage as she thrust down with her spikes. The weapons passed through Wolverine's skin, intangible, and then solidified deep inside him.
"AGGGHHH!" Wolverine screamed in agony.
"SUFFER! SSSSSUFFERRRRRR!" Shadow-Queen shrieked, drool spewing from her mouth.
