Out in Utopia, Emma Frost laid in an operating room unaware of the machinations set against her and everyone else she knew. If she had her defenses up, she might have caught on to the awful plot starting with her, but there were so few mutants left in the world and none of them appeared to be experts in plastic surgery. With the recent recall in silicone breast implants, and a lull in activity to defend or fight against, she knew she had to schedule an appointment with someone, anyone, fast.
