Ariel, daughter of Triton, had followed Flounder to a stretch of coast where fisherman liked to get their morning catch and young boys jumped off the high heights of the cliffs as an informal rite of passage. Ariel had been told
to avoid this place ever since she was a little girl and had been allowed to leave the underwater palace with Flounder by her side.
Ariel knew that this spot would serve as the perfect hunting ground for her to gather more blood and Flounder his meat. Ariel kept herself hidden as the day progressed, ignoring the lures of the fishermen and waiting patiently for
the right opportunity to present itself. Ariel bared her sharp teeth as a boy, alone and away from all the other groups started climbing up to an especially high cliff before shouting out some challenge and diving off.
Ariel swam forward, and was only a few feet from where the boy landed. Unable to resist this choice bag of blood Ariel grabbed on to him and pulled him under the water. Thrashing at the unexpected hold, he tried to hold his breath
even as he tried to kick free but his flailing was unable to reach Ariel and his struggles stopped as the air left his lungs in a sudden release. An instinctive gasp had the water down the young man's throat and in to his lungs and now he was clutching at
his throat. Wanting her meal to be as fresh as possible, bit in to his side. Her sharp teeth tearing in to flesh but unable to fully snap off a piece of her meal's pelvis. Ariel drank down the blood before spitting up mangled flesh for Flounder to grab and
eat.
Pulling her prey even deeper and away from the shore, Ariel thought about what would happen if her family were to discover her new tastes how they would react. Ariel was sure that if it had been her that she would have been shocked
and horrified before she'd had a taste. She realized how foolish she would have been now, after all this blood had a taste that was transcendental. Ariel just needed to show them that she hadn't become some kind of monster but had discovered something so good
that she jst had to share it with the rest of the family. Ariel's long nails flicked against her exposed nipples of her large breasts and decided what she had to do now before her family started to worry about her long absence.

Ariel was disappointed to find that her meal had not gone unnoticed by the people on the surface as the boys had left earlier than usual and most of the fisherman had pulled up their lines. A few hardy souls still maintained their
spots and Ariel climbed onto a piece of reef and lifted her top half out of the water and began to sing. Ariel had been told before that her voice was incomparable and as a siren it gained a missing element that enthralled the man on the shore to drop his
rod and begin to walk towards her. Unconcerned with the water as it came up to his chest, Ariel looked into his eyes and enjoyed the look of happiness that rested on the doomed soul. Ariel reached out her hand and grasped it tightly as the man just stood there
as the waves lapped against him. With her free hand, Ariel pulled out a bottle and cut the man's wrist letting his delicious blood collect in the bottle till it was mostly full.
The fisherman's face was a pallid white when she finally corked the bottle and gave the man a short kiss. “Now go back to shore and treat your wound, I will sing here again so I expect you to come to this shore at least once a day and wait till your shadow
has grown a noticeable length. Now run along.”
Satisfied with her actions, Ariel traveled down to her home to the studio where she was supposed to be preparing for an upcoming musical performance with her sisters. Ariel separated her bottle into six separate vials for her sisters,
Aquata, Andrina, Arista, Attina, Adella, and Alana. Ariel would place them in each dressing room and when the rehearsal occurred she would explain everything to them.
