Polyhymnia, daughter of Zeus and muse of song, was in a foul mood.  For countless Eons she had selflessly given inspiration to mortals.  Classical, rock, jazz, reggae, metal, she’d played a part in every musical movement since the first ape thought to tap sticks together with a rhythm.  Now music was losing it’s substance, its meaning.  More and more mortals saw music as a simple distraction, a way to put aside the humdrum of their stressful lives feel happy in a mindless sort of way.

The muse would not stand for it.  Music would make people feel again, even if it must evoke terror.

She decided to empower the lyrics of every song.  Mortals will respect song once more.

To Pick a villain, first pick a hero. Likely one we haven't used is best. Superman, Thor, Iron Man, Flash or whatever... Then select connected villains or theme villains.

GAV, how about some Enchantress being Thor's love salve...maybe have some lezzie action and have it be Jane Foster version of Thor.

Looking forward to it pal. Working on a Devilish Woman chapter in the meantime

I had an idea for a really terrible pun t-shirt for Barbara in pink lanterns... I'll try and add it a little later when I get the chance :P

Interesting stuff on Pink Lanterns folks. Which Villian(s) should Peter Rabbit and crew go after first for Heros rewarded Easter?

Sorry that chapter took some time. Hope to see people help with Pink Lanterns - Emissaries of Lust. I have been enjoying it and would love to see what you guys could bring to the table.

I was thinking of adding humor by having Mother and Father Day acting like Sitcom parents, especially the 1950's perfect parent versions.

Nice one King, but I have an idea to make sure we have comedy in there.

Nice work, GAV. I'm really enjoying this holiday-themed story and am glad that you expanded it to include most holidays. I'm really looking forward to what the Easter Bunny has in store!
