Dee Dee smiled. She didn’t expect to get funding so easily, but every high end villain from Norman Osborn to Lex Luthor basically threw money at her. So long as she didn’t disappoint. She already sent plenty of special hypnotic letters inviting them to come to the grand opening of the New U Salon. Now all she had to do was start waiting for the first super-heroine to arrive.
