Fibr should have been cognizant of the delicate nature of the universe. Should have been, but was not. His race, known as the Watchers, had been told to merely study and catalog other species within the universe, that their great knowledge and technology
afforded them such an advantage that to do anything else could be cataclysmic for all of creation. They even had a oft-repeated historical example where their knowledge directly caused one alien race to destroy itself.
But Fibr was not like the rest of his species. He had ambition, and desires, and the maddening constant observation of other species stirred feelings inside him that were considered foreign to much of his kind. Every body he observed and every event he witnessed,
he saw something that needed changing. It took many centuries before he decided.
He would rule the known universe, and as ruler he would reshape the minds and bodies of his subjects with or without their consent. For some, he would be merciful... some, but not all. There would be subjects he instantly altered into his vision for them, while
other subjects would serve him best as he watched them struggle, suffer or learn to accept the changes placed on them.
This was Fibr's mission, and as he shifted his gigantic member inside his golden robes and shifted his red cape, he made his first play on establishing his authority. He chose his first target carefully.
