Sue laid her overcoat along the back of the sofa before plopping down on it. She was still in her Suzanne disguise and not the least bit self consious about the fact she was wearing a slutty parody of her normal FF costume. She'd removed the blond wig earlier so wasn't afraid of being recognized.
Jan had gone into the kitchen after placing her own coat on a hook by the door. She came out a minute later with two glasses and a bottle of wine. The two had a lot to talk about.
Still riding the high from their performance during the party and further relaxed by the wine the discussion flowed. Sue talking about how she got into the business, being discovered by Ralph who not only didn't release the info on her but helped expand her career. Ralph was basically acting as her agent in the business these days.
This was followed by Janet talking about how after her divorce and the whole spouse abuse she had wanted to feel sexy and desired, but hadn't felt like dating. She had noticed an ad in the paper looking for look-a-likes for a party and answered it thinking she could go to a party and not have to mind her manners since she wasn't the 'real' Wasp, but still have peoples attention. She hadn't realized until she was there that it was an adult party and the imitators were expected to give a bit of a sexy show. She had really enjoyed it and one of the organizers had noticed her talent and called her for similar types of shows and eventually it escalated to strip shows since there was only so much need for imitators. She was jealous of Sue's disguise as it allowed her to perform at more events without being recognized. Looking at her now without the wig and her face looked very different. If she hadn't been wearing that wig and the slutty Invisible Woman outfit to give Janet a point of reference she honestly didn't think she would have recognized Sue.
Sue explained how she used one of Reed's inventions, the perception filter, to construct her disguise. Seeing an opportunity she also mentioned she would be happy to let Jan use it if she could help her out with a small problem. She explained about her chance to perform in an upcoming music video and the sacrifice she needed to make with her time. She also explained her difficulty with coming up with a reason to not be around for the next few weeks.
Janet thought about things for a while and then agreed with one more condition. She wanted Sue to introduce her to Ralph and see if maybe he would be her agent as well. Sue had really talked him up due to the way he had protected her secret and arranged clean jobs where she could do what she loved, but not cross the line into illegality.
The two talked well into the night until time to retire. Sue agreeing to stay over since she hadn't planned on going home tonight anyway. Unknown to each other both used the shower to relieve a bit of horniness built up tonight during the party. Both fantasising of having gone far further in their performances both with the nerds and with each other.
