Epilogue
Two months later…
“How many of these things do I have to still have to take,”asked Jenny as she felt Amazing Woman inject a syringe into her arm.
“That should be the last one,” said Martha to the lovely blonde sitting in the med-room of the underground Amazing Base hidden underneath the Metro City subway station.
Martha picked up and tossed Jenny her pink uniform, “Yesterday was a full moon and you showed no further signs of outbreak, the tests also have shown that the genetic gene therapy have washed out the warewolf virus from your blood. So it’s time let you go back on patrol.”
“So did we win or lose this time,” asked Jenny as stepped behind a shower curtain to take off her clothes before slipping on the pink spandex costume, “We never located Countess SuSu who was the mastermind behind all this. Rei is also still missing.”
“Yes, but Captain Justice and I did save you and Jasmine from their clutches,” said Martha. “As for Rei, I’m sure she’s hidden away in some dunge- umm.. I mean some dark corner.”
“Speaking of your sister, how is she holding up,” asked Jasmine.
Amazing Woman sighed, “Angry. The deprogramming theory at SWORD freed her of Rei’s brainwashing, but gave her full awareness of all that took place to her while under her control.”
“She must feel so lonely violated,” said Jenny. “Maybe you should tell her that you’re really alive. That SWORD faked your-”
“She’s already knows,” said Martha, “That’s what she’s furious about. While brainwashed in the Ebony persona, Rei informed her that Amazing Woman was her older sister Martha. And now that Jasmine has access to those memories, she knows everything.”
“Oh crap, I guess it doesn’t help she works for the press,”gasped Jasmine.
“She may hate me, but she won’t betray me,” said Martha. “Now lets go out and take our frustration out on some villains, I hear Captain Gizmo escaped again.”
“Sure… I just want check in with my roommate and tell her not worry if I’m out really late,” said Jenny.
“Make it fast,” said Martha as she left the room.
Jenny smiled as she watched Martha leave, she picked her mobile phone and dialed quickly dialed a number.
“Hey Jaz, it’s me,” said the cheerful blonde. “Don’t worry,I’ll keep her safe.. .”
