"Good, good," Annihilus buzzed as Wasp and Spider-Woman took hold of their friend. They quickly bound her up with a mixture of the cementlike resin and sticky webbing. The restraints hardened within seconds, anchoring her to the wall, arms and legs spread.
"Oh geez," Jen moaned, her eyes fluttering open as she regained consciousness. She beheld her captor, his insectoid face leering with malice, flanked by her two friends, both stroking their bellies, each eager to watch her transformation. Her eyes widened and she struggled against the gluelike bonds, but they were seemingly unbreakable.
"Now you shall join my little harem," Annihilus cackled as he raised the cosmic control rod. Jen flinched as she caught a flash of light...
The cosmic parasite was confused as his weapon sputtered, emitting only a harmless spray of sparks.
"What's wrong?" Jessica asked, just as confused.
"Nothing!" Annihilus snapped. "I simply find myself growing fatigued." He realized he'd been too liberal with his power in the last day. He needed more, or soon he would be weak enough that any of the hairy mammal-things that infested this world could best him. He climbed up to the skylight. "I will return. Remain here and do not follow me."
Once he was gone, Jen renewed her struggle. "So that's it, you two are Brides of Insect-stein there now? Can't you see what that monster's done? He's transformed you into his freak fuckbuddies! The Janet Van Dyne I know wouldn't let herself get used by some bug monster. And Jessica, haven't you had enough people trying to brainwash you? Fight it!"
Jessica and Janet looked at each other, then at She-Hulk. Now that Annihilus's power was fading from them, it felt like they could think more independently. Something had taken hold inside, however, like the core of their beings had been tainted by these new forms.
"She's right," Spider-Woman churred. "He might have been a good sex partner, but he was messing with our heads." She reached out and chopped at the resin holding Jen, her sharp talons and cosmic-imbued strength rending the resin like it was old leather.
"Good point," Wasp buzzed. She stroked her belly. She didn't want to give this up quite yet, but she went to help crack Jen out anyway.
