The book was a legend wrapped in a mystery, a book of great power focused on a selected target.

"The Secrets of Titnosis by Dr. I. M. Hornnee"

This book contained information on how to make it so one could use their huge breasts to hypnotize someone into a super-powered trance. Once in this trance one could alter a person's mind and emotions, as well as hypnotize someone to physically change. However, almost all techniques needed at least a double D cup to work. Fortunately, one of the non-big breasted techniques was the ability to hynotize one's self to increase their bust to DD and above.

Only women notice the book and only women can use the book.

So who gets the book and it's powers?
