Wonder Woman was the obvious next step for the doctor. While Batgirl's body would definitely be useful, he only started with her because she was relatively easy to capture. She hasn't been playing the crimefighting game long enough to present a real challenge and if she went off the grid for a few hours, most would assume she was just on a mission from Batman or Nightwing. Wonder Woman, however, had always been Doctor Psycho's real target. The Amazon princess was a long-time enemy of his. If anyone was going to get in the way of his plans to finally eliminate all of these pesky superheroes from the board, it was going to be her. In addition to the obvious danger that she presented to his plans, Wonder Woman had connections with everyone else in the hero community. From her body, he would easily be able to enact stage-two of his plan. But first, he would have to find her...
