Having gotten everything set up for her press conference Yoruichi takes a moment to examine herself in a massive full body mirror. All plus 500 pounds of glorious fat is reflected back to the morbidly obese purple-haired black woman. Making sure every aspect of her white suit is perfect finishing she makes sure her orange tie is correct. Waddling out of her office Yoruichi picks up and eats several snacks on the way, it wouldn't do well for a Plump city resident to go hungry especially the mayor. Exiting her office and walking up to the podium appropriately sized for a woman of her weight.
"Thank you for assembling members of the Plump city press and media. I have called you all here to inform you that we have guests from this reality so I want everyone to give them a great big Plump City welcome and make them feel right at home here. Now I have to talk about something serious after observing this reality's media we found something truly shocking." Yoruichi says addressing the press.
"And just what is so shocking Madame Mayor?" One of the journalists asks.
"After thorough examination we discovered that this entire world's media is based on promoting the idea that being thin and skinny are healthy, good for you and that it's sexy." Yoruichi says disgusted by the last part.
The assembled member of the press gasp in horror Yoruichi calms them down before continuing.
"That's why I have decided to make it my mission while we're here to spread the philosophy of Plump City to the rest of this world until it's a fat plump paradise like our fair city. Now I've already started on having our engineers and scientists alter various digital media to aid our cause I even have samples for you to try." Yoruichi informs the press of her plans.

Unaware of the current press conference being held by the mayor Laura and Jessica have made there way to Slobby Heights. The pair hold there nose in disgust at the smell and the state of the district.
"Man I didn't think they would take the name of this district so literally." Jessica complains.
"I know the smell is unbearable really wish we went to another district." Laura agrees.
The two look around the district the atmosphere of the district starting to affect them. As the pair search there hair takes on a greasy and unkempt look as knots start to form and appear as if there hair hasn't been washed in weeks. Jessica finds an open store walking in she throws some cash on the counter and grabs some beer. Walking back out she sees that Laura's found some food.
"Hey Laura got us some beer if you want." Jessica offers belching loudly.
"Thanksh I guesh." Laura says with a mouth full of food and drooling liberally.
Jessica was about to reprimand Laura for her lack of manners but a sudden wave of lethargy overtakes her. Sitting next to Laura, Jessica opens her beer and starts to eat some food.
