'Most of the time villains use mind control to make heroes do their villainous bidding, but especially fight their battles. While likely true at what Ivy is planning to do with Batman, she is also likely planning to seduce him and let them have their way with
each other. Or to be blunt, have sex...
Not many villains use sex with mind control... Perhaps the mix of the two might act as a key point of keeping the heroes out of the game. Sex feels good so who is going to say no most of the time, plus people are not usually wary when looking at sex appeal.
Plus sex can be tiring...
So to take out Superman, perhaps I should look for a villainess who will distract Superman with sex...' Thought the Mastermind, as he looked at the limited number of female villains, like most Rogues Galleries.
'Livewire... possible. Sexy and powerful, with abilities which are useful. Yet mad and likely impatient. Would require helping her keep a sane, yet criminal mind with training in waiting.
Silver Banshee... more likely to kill then kiss.
Amazing Grace, sister of Glorious Godfrey. Uses her persuasion superpowers as a New God to build rebellions against her master Darkseid... solely so her can crush then and the hope they bring. Once even managed to seduce Superman.
La Enchantdora, magic powers with some mind control. Even hypnotizing Superman. Not completely evil, and even a little fangirlish for Superman. Most of her darkness comes from being selfish then a desire for harm.
Maxima, an alien queen who wanted to marry and have Superman's children. By force if need be. Blunt and unsubtle, need to work on her ability to wait. Yet she has mental powers, which could be used to mind control with help.
A male choice, is Sleez. Another New God, former best friend of Darkseid, till the latter was offended by the former's perversion. Used his mental powers to make Big Barda and Superman make a porno, or that is the rumour. Could be useful... perhaps with aid
of one of the above women, and control to make him move slowly this time...
