As days went by, She-Hulk reached the final stages of her pregnancy, and one day she found herself waddling into a large cave located in one side of the island's largest mountain. By then, not only had she become a truly impressive sight to behold due to her massive belly large enough to hold a human ten-year old with ease or the massive, milk-filled tits that rested on top of her round midsection.But due to the fact that she had become a walking mass of muscles that rivalled (if not surpassed) most of the males of her harem turned tribe. She-Hulk's arms and legs were as thick as tree trunks, her back was a mass of bulging muscles that even made her neck seem shorter than before.
Anyway, She-Hulk went into the deepest chambers of the cave, squatted down and adopted a gorilla-like position, supporting her increased mass with the fleshy pillars her arms had become. The emerald giantess began roaring and grunting, causing swarms of bats to escape the cave in fright; and then started pushing until a green baby the size of a toddler landed on the ground below her.
She-Hulk's massive tits were already gushing green, gamma-laced milk that puddled around her feet. Two more hulklings dropped next to the first one and soon started bawling their lungs out.
A fourth and final baby came out, crying even louder than her older siblings as her mother sat down, picked them up and cradled her against her gargantuan milkbags.
"Suck." She-Hulk hissed coldly, as if trying to instill obedience on her newborns. The green babies cried and struggled, using their little hands to push each other from their mother's engorged nipple. Two girls were the first to suckle from each breast, causing her mother to howl in arousal as they bit down the leathery skin of her nipples.
"Leader?" A male voice grunted from the entrance of the cave. She-Hulk instinctively bared teeth at the intruder, only to relax as she recognized him as the largest male of her tribe. The male held a dozen watermelons in his arms, and smiled stupidly at her.
"What?" The green emerald groaned back, even letting out a little moan as the baby latching onto her right breast bit slightly harder.
"Got food for Leader. We think Leader hungry after making babies." They shy brute dropped his offering in front of the tribe's Leader and stepped backwards. She-Hulk smiled with tyrannical glee.
"You did good." She said, putting down two babies on her lap. Then she grabbed a particularly big watermelon, cracked it open with a poke of her index finger and started devouring it ravenously.
"Leader feel okay?" The brute asked, wondering why she didn't seemed as talkative as before. "Leader not talk too much."
"I don't want to. Talking is stupid." She-Hulk growled, snarling at him for a second before resuming her feeding.
"Okay. Me go. Leave Leader alone to do smart stuffs." He shrugged and went back to the exit of the cave.
She-Hulk spent the next two hours feeding both herself and her children in the darkness of the cave. Something felt good about it. She couldn't fully pinpoint it out, but something about giving birth and feeding inside a cold, dark cave made her feel very, very good. More alive and definitely more happy with herself and her life.
She wasn't noticing how her Gamma-based physiology was already starting to alter her both on a physical and mental state. Much as Bruce Banner became more powerful as he gave in to rage, She-Hulk was already giving in to her own primal and basic instincts, which in turn was changing her cells into a more primitive configuration just like Bruce's Incredible Hulk stage.
She wasn't fully there yet, but there was no doubt she would eventually become as simple-minded and violent as him; and probably even go even further into a full savage creature.: The Shulk.
