After wandering through this world for a short while, the Pin attached itself to its first subject: Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch. One morning, when she woke up, Wanda put on her clothes, not realizing that a new accessory had attached itself to her clothes. The Pin started its work as soon as the Scarlet Witch was dressed.

Being able to glance into the woman's memory, the Pin tried to draw an extensive and accurate list of all the people Wanda had had a romantic connection with or a simple sexual attraction to. Being greedy by nature, the Pin sought to make as many copies as possible.

Strangely enough, Wanda's first love had been the android Vision. They had even married, but ended up divorcing. The Pin thus created a copy of Wanda that fitted him: an android version of the Scarlet Witch.

Wanda's other main love interest had been her fellow Avenger Simon Williams, aka Wonder Man. Despite their extremely good compatibility, their relationship unfortunately didn't end on a good note. For this copy of the Scarlet Witch, the Pin didn't have much to change, as Wanda and Simon already got along pretty well. Even Wanda's powers seemed to somewhat stabilize Simon's Ionic Energy Form.

Wanda had also had brief trysts with fellow Avengers Captain America, Spider-Man and Iron Man. The Pin made additional copies that were adapted to each one of them.

Wanda had also encountered other superheroes during her career as an Avenger. J'onn J'onzz, the Martian Manhunter, and Nathaniel "Captain Atom" Adam had reminded her so much of Vision and Wonder Man, respectively, that she gave them both a chance at a few dates. Wanda's copies destined to the two of them weren't much different from the original Scarlet Witch.

Through Tony Stark, she had encountered two other billionaires: Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor. For Bruce, the Pin created a copy that didn't have any powers. For Luthor, it created a copy that was similar to the copies destined for other villains.

Victor von Doom, Chthon, Loki, Teth-Adam and Klarion the Witch Boy had all lusted after the Scarlet Witch and the Pin decided to gift them with their own copy of Wanda. Basically, these copies had in common their obedience towards their master/love and an unquenchable blood-thirst that would help them follow through with their orders.

The pin made two additional copies for the sorcerers John Constantine and Jason Blood, whom she had encountered when she tried to expand her powers into actual magic.

All in all, the Anti-Broken Hearts Pin had made sixteen copies of the Scarlet Witch, including six that were destined to villains, making all six copies into villains themselves. The Pin didn't really care if that situation had potentially catastrophic consequences. All that mattered to it was to satisfy as many people's lust and affections.

The Pin contemplated making more copies of the Scarlet Witch. Or it could suppress the original Wanda Maximoff and move on to its next subject/victim. In any case, the copies it had already created were ready to wake up and go after their intended lovers.
