On her island, Circe watched as Zatanna and Wonder Woman helped defeat a large monster. Not one of her own, but the sight was galling nonetheless. That she and her fellow villains should be defeated time and time again by such foes made her upset.

Until, that is, she heard Zatanna joked with Wonder Woman

"Wonder Woman, is that a spare tire I see?"

"Says the woman who can't say no to donuts," Wonder Woman shot back,  smiling.

The exchange gave Circe an idea.

Drawing forth her energies, she cast her spell, the magic spreading across the planet....
