Clark Kent; AKA Superman, looked out the window of the Daly Planet across Lake Ontario. He could see Striker Island from here. But in a few weeks the view would be gone, already they were putting replacement skyscrapers for the ones knocked down in the
winter when Metallo tried to destroy the city.
"Honeymooners!" Perry shouted, "Front and Center!"
Both Lois and Clark went over to Perry's officer.
"Odd or Even?" Perry asked.
"Odd?" Lois half asked half answered.
"Clark you get the model, Lois you get the bug," Perry turned and started to go back into his office.
"Wait, What?" Clark asked confused.
"The Watson interview and the Spiderman chase in New York City!" Perry shouted, "I told you two about it yesterday, it got approved! Now stop starring at me and pack you need to be there in the morning, Call Jameson's office at the Daily Bugle down there
Lois, they will set you up with their Spiderman stalker."
Clark walked into the studio where he was suppose to do his interview. A red head in a bra and panty set walked up to him. He was having the weirdest sense of deja-vu. He knew her but couldn't quite...
"Kal El?" she whispered.
"Kara Zor-El?" Clark whispered.
"Hay Smallville," Lois said as she walked up, "You seen a 'pencil necked nerd with a camera' around here at all?"
"Lois," Clark said calmly, "You remember my cousin Mary Jane."
"I thought it was Kent, not Watson," Lois observed.
"Adoption name. Hay Tiger," Mary Jane called behind her, "The reporters are here!"
A young man about 5'10" and a little over 150 walked out from a side room.
"This is my cousin Clark Kent!" Mary Jane beamed, "And this is Lois ..." Lois flashed her wedding ring "...Kent his wife."
"I still go by Lane for the papers," Lois extended her hand.
"Clark Kent," Clark staried him down with a disapproving stare.
"Pete always gets flustered when he see me naked," Mary Jane teased.
Clark looked like he was going to kill Peter.
"Brass tacks talk time Parker," Lois lead the young photographer away.
"He's seen you naked?" Clark leaned in.
"Ah yeah," Mary Jane reached in her bra and pulled out an old wedding ring, "We are engaged to be married."
"Does he know?"
"No Clark, he is too busy with School, work, rent his Aunt May and so on," Mary Jane smiled, "Plus with all the heroes around here I have been able to be invisible so to speak."
"Dimoand wedding ring from the thirties," Lois observed as she walked back, "He must love you."
"1929 according to his Aunt May."
"So his whole family loves you," Lois observed "can't you break him off in bed?"
Clark stared at his wife.
"Last time you had an aneurism it destroyed half of Apocklypis," Mary Jane noted.
"Didn't you use to have blonde hair?" Lois asked.
"Yeah, that was a wig."
"Since you have this in the bag Smallville," Lois stared at Clark, "No scooping me on Spider guy!"
