Later that week, Lex Luthor was attending a charity dinner when he heard a very familiar voice from behind him.
"Lex! Hey, Lex!"
He turned to see Lois Lane rushing up to him.
"Oh, hello, Lois. Fancy meeting you here."
"Yes, sure. So what have you been up to?"
"Oh I don't have any secrets from you, Lois. I just got married."
"Married?" She didn't think it would be so easy to get the news. "Married to who?"
"Well, that's rather a funny story. Allow me to introduce my new wife Claire. Claire, could you come over here for a moment?"
Lois stared at the tall woman who strutted up to her. The woman's busty svelte body was barely contained by a blue cocktair dress over which was a long red shawl that rather resembled a cape. She was gleaming with expensive jewellery and her long black hair was piled high on her head.
"Hello, Lois," said the former Superman. "Isn't this a wonderful party?"
