Ananzi wanted Peter to have at least a paper to explain the power of the ring. Whether he read it or not, whether he kept it or not... was not the spider-god's concern. So the story rewound till the end of the conversions....

'Looks like it's worth a fortune, I don't know why that man would give it way. Not sure what I am going to tell people where I got it. It's unbelievable but there are all kinds of crazy people out there. And rich people have the money to be as crazy as they want to be.' thought Peter as he decided to honour the man's request for now.

 "Wait one minute," continued the divinity in the form of an old man. He continued, "The ring comes with a rich and textured history. Which is why I am giving you this little note which tells about the ring. Just so you can know more about this."

 Spider-man, wearing the ring, swung away. The note in his pocket, containing all knowledge of the power of the Ring of Truth. Now Peter had the truth on the truth. What happened to it and what he did with it, was up to him. He smiled as he waited for the interesting story to come...
