He downloaded a serious of algorithms using a quantum computer stolen from an alien crash site. Every atom was its own computer. Allowing perfect duplications of both physical and mental forms once in close contact. Males forms would be converted to what they would be if born female, duplicated perfectly save for the change in sex. Downloaded was a desire to search out any and all superhuman/hero/villain so they could be scanned and duplicated. Best of all, while missing the mental duplications, the media had allowed Ted to duplicate the physical forms of all celebrities he could access. From Marilyn Monroe to Scarlet johansson to its current form of Mary-Jane Watson.
