Peter tried to figure out what he was going to do, so to help with this he gave himself a complete basic knowledge of all Supers. Gaining this information he had an idea. Criminal friends The Asp, Black Mamba and Diamondback of the Serpent Society had a formed an adventuring group together called B.A.D. Girls Inc (From their initials, B lack Mamba, A sp and D iamondback) which did some missions for pay. The idea of a group of former criminals and villainesses forming a superhero team appealed to Spider-man, especially if it could also be a harem for himself of hot bad girls. "Doing good and getting laid. So I keep the Asp and Black Mamba while Diamondback can go after Cap if she wants, add Black Cat to the group... fits the motif. Then keep adding any sexy villlainesses I have an eye for. Getting funding from some of the million or billionaire heroes, credit and respect with the superhero community, and a base.... Could give me some no-guilt money... Okay, I have three 'B.A.D.' girls, who else should I add?"
