   "Is he a prisoner?"

"Of course not. But he is a patient, and he obviously has a condition we don't understand."

Stefanie rolled her eyes. Ever since her transformation (awakening, would be a better description in her opinion) she's come to realize that as Captain America he'd squandered his life fighting 'crime', arresting 'criminals' and leading a group of ungrateful clods who were perfectly willing to turn on him at the drop of a hat. I mean, what was a criminal after all? In retrospect the costumed villains now seemed far more interesting, proactive and dynamic than the 'heroes' who fought not for the 'good' but rather to protect a flawed status quo that rewarded the corrupt at the expense of the weak and easily led. The system had obvious flaws that she could only now comprehend.

"I understand I'm a patient, Anthony...but I'm also a human being, and not contagious." She said, and Ironman turned and gasped at the sight of her. She'd grown considerably since her initial examination. She wasn't sure why, though she suspected that it had something to do with the SuperSoldier formula reacting with Zabo's own mixture. Physically, she was massive. A great, round balloon of billowy, spongy blubber that cuddled a solid and astonishingly muscular frame. Despite her accumulation of tonnage, she was still oddly beautiful. Her skin was soft, creamy and without flaw. Her movements weirdly graceful and delicate, suggesting that she knew how to maneuver her astonishing girth from years of practice. Her hair long, silky and heartbreakingly blonde. Her face - though round, full and fleshy - was still beautiful. Granted, it was also calculating, cunning, imperious and somewhat haughty...but that 'flaw' just added to her air of queenly sophistication.

She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, then smiled at Janet VanDyne. "Wasp, surely you understand that this is unacceptable? You imagine I will be mocked or embarrassed in some way? You fear some repercussion once I'm back to (ahem) 'normal', as it were? Dismiss the idea, Janet. Perhaps Steve was a humble wallflower, but I assure you...I am not. I crave attention and excitement. Besides...won't my dear friend Samuel Wilson be there to (chuckle) keep me out of trouble?"

Sam nodded, and the obese Stefanie waddle/pranced to his side and snuggled against him. "I'll be as safe as houses with the Falcon as my guardian. I just want to go out...dine and dance...live life in a way I never had the chance to before."

Tony, Thor, Carol and Hank all said no, leaving Stefanie with no options. She thanked Jan and Sam, but said she understood...until they were safely out of the room and Sam was escorting Stefanie back to her room.

"Well, let's get started, Sam. With luck, they wont realize I'm gone for a few hours."

   "Steve! I can't just..."

She stopped and turned to face him. Her beautiful face set in a haughty smirk. "Can't just what, Sam? Side with your best friend? During the Civil War they hounded dozens of good men and woman to their graves, all in the name of Law and Order. The STATE was greater than any individual, right up until they were on the wrong side of that state...then suddenly when THEY were the victims of the same laws they'd killed to defend, those laws were 'corrupt' and 'evil'. The difference between Tony Stark and Norman Osbourn isn't all that much. Tony and the rest of this two-faced team of vipers think I'll just roll over and let them make MY decisions FOR ME? Oh no...not any more. So...here's the deal, Sam. I'm leaving...now. If you want to come, and I hope you do...then come. If you want to run and tell Tony that I'm leaving, that's fine too. At least then I'll know where the two of us stand."

She turned and waddled away, reaching Ashley Crawford's old room. As Big Bertha she was just about her size, and as a model all her clothes were expensive, fashionable...and composed of unstable molecules so they'd fit even when she was expanded to full size. She noticed Sam had left, and on some level...she regretted that. She was cold, crass manipulator of people now. A greedy, gluttonous woman whose 'wants' dominated her...but she'd really wanted Sam to side with her. Always loyal and understanding, Sam had been there for Cap in his darkest days, and she'd hoped...he'd be there for her as well.

For one thing, she knew he wanted her. Steve was aware of his friends fetish for woman that could politely be called 'supersized'. SSBBW's was what they called them in the magazines and websites he usually frequented. Stefanie had sensed Sam's eyes on her, and was far from embarrassed by the attention. Stefanie loved being the center of attention, and the thought of engulfing Sam in her soft, thick bulk made her tremble. Sam sucking her huge nipples...riding her sofa-sized ass...stuffing her with gallon after gallon of foie gras, caviar and champagne (her tastes were expensive), wile he worshiped her bulk.

She sauntered out of Ashley's quarters dressed in a clinging gown of black silk, a great coat of white mink hanging from her shoulders like a cape, her hair sprayed and swept up into blond beehive. Her makeup was perfect. Her jewels (well, Ashley's jewels) glittered.

Sam was standing out in the hallway, looking at her with stunned lust in his eyes.

"SAM! You came back for me!"

   "Uh...um, I...I couldn't just...let you..."

She hugged him. Engulfed him in her vast softness. The feel of his painfully erect penis obvious against her massive belly. It made her want to tear off his clothes and fuck him right here in the hallway.

"Instead, she offered him the chance to take her arms, and asked with a giggle "Shall we go?"

She loved him. She knew she did. Oh, she loved him on HER terms and on HER conditions, but that was still love. She needed to find Calvin Zabo. She needed to ensure that she would never again be plagued by the shadow of her former self. She wanted to be Stefanie forever. She smiled down at the documents she'd created using the Avengers computers, and her plan would soon be set in motion. Stefanie Rogers - the rather spoiled and self indulgent granddaughter of Steve Rogers, they said she was. Credit Cards. Bankbooks. Social Security Card. ID cards. Everything she'd need to establish her identity...and begin her new life. Few people realized just how rich Steve had been. He'd wasted his millions on charity, of course...and that would come to an end right away.
