Where there would be massive conflicts, the ultra-terrestrials, would settle it. Perhaps the made two different changes to the same person, the U.T.s might decide to make two copies of the person with the different changes used. Yet it was up to the U.T.s
to judge.
So they searched the multiverse for people who were the arch-nemesis of each other. Allowing for multiple experiments to run in different universes splitter off the original from the U.T.'s interference, they had a number of choices like...
