It was the wedding of the century. Everyone would be there. Heroes, villains, all promising to behave themselves, would be in attendance. After all, this was the most important wedding of all time! The bride and groom were the last two people anyone
would expect to get married, so naturally, everyone was interested.
But really, who would have suspected that Doctor Doom would confess his love to Squirrel Girl and she would accept his offer to marry her?
Several heroes and villains were interviewed. Their answers were basically the same.
Mr. Fantastic: ...I just... I'm at a complete loss. Certainly I'm glad that Victor has found someone special, but taking Squirrel Girl's personsality into account... It just doesn't add up!
Red Skull: ...The fact that a true Ubermench like Doom is wedding himself to THAT WOMAN... For God's sake, there is a crisis councilling group consisting of villains that were beaten by her, that DOOM FOUNDED!
Deadpool: Whatever kind of crack the author was on when he thought up this kookie plot, I WANT SOME!
Electro: ...This is really quite astonishing. Of everyone in the group, Doom seemed the most affected by his defeat by her, especially since he lost to her in Squirrel Girl's debut mission. I honestly never saw this coming.
But no matter the confusion, it was really happening. Squirrel Girl and Doctor Doom were getting married.
And the world was about to go topsy turvy.
