Joxer didn't believe that a ring could be all that powerful, so didn't believe what he would say would become reality. So he decided to travel along to a meeting with Xena and Gabrielle. To pass the time, he did what he always did. He sang his song:

Although he doesn't work for free!

Most times the song was just a boast on his part, but with the Ring of Truth on, a boast was now reality.
Slowly his muscles became tone, which while not looking over muscled had the strength of ten men in them. Legs became longer and ass became firmer as he gained the ability to run over a hundred miles per hour for days at a time. His senses were now equal to the animals with the most highened equal sense. Eyes like a hawk or eagle, smell like a hound, hearing of the cat. His mind was now a master of multiple subjects and topics, from the art of war to obscure trivia. He became mighty with strength, speed and skills. He even gained a feet or two in height.
He literally became a one man army, able to defeat any armed force he came across with skill and style. His appearance also changed in another way. He could still be identified as Joxer, but the world's most handsome version, every woman's fantasy. With complete mastery of the sexual arts.
His armor became better and more like true armor then the mixed up bits of spare parts he usually used.
Joxer, didn't notice this as he continued along to meet his friends.
