Then he started to die and there is where he gained his greatest victory on his archenemy Spider-man. Stealing his body, memories and life. Yet Peter Parker's last act was show Otto his life with the emotional attachments with them. Now Otto/Peter was trying to live up to his potential as the new Peter Parker and as the new Spider-man. When he gained the program in the e-mail, he question it but loaded it on a safe computer and looked at the code. Only to find it to be more complex then anything a human or even most aliens could developed. So he used the tutorial... learning the power he had.
