Masterson - Mentalist,

ruler of enslaved New Orleans. 6ft Tall, 20 year old, athletic physique, very

well endowed. A master of magic, technology and psionics. His continued rule has

more to do with raw ability than experience.

Avitus - Ex-roman emperor

and avatar of the sex god Elagabalus. 1823 year old, appears 19 year old. Blond

hair warn in the roman style. Has divine powers and is repellent to demons

"Whisper"

- Half human Patriarch of the Naga swamp serpents. A master of shamanic ritual

and hypnotic dance. His only interest is protecting his clan.

New Orleans

- enslaved by the evil Talon and then turned into a nudist gay utopia by

Masterson. The disappearance of all the city's politicians has allowed the

teenage Masterson to take on the role of Acting governor by popular acclaim.

The Orgy

- a demonic bioweapon left over from Talon's conquest of New Orleans. Similar to

The Blob" of the movies but hungry for sex.

Talon

- Demonic Sorcerer who enslaved New Orleans. Defeated by Gov. Masterson.

Believed to be dead.

Sk8tr aka James

- powerful reality manipulating skateboarder dude. Current location unknown.
