Thinking of Harley Quinn and the changes he had wrought brought about memories of possibly the most dangerous woman he had ever faced and quickly had Pamely Isley's image pulled up.
Her intelligence was high, as was her distrust of men, a distrust Bruce knew would grow into a hatred of all of humanity. He lowered her intelligence, not enough to impede her life, enough to pass her classes, just without distinction. She would still wind up at Gotham University, though he did recall Dr. Woodrue and all the suffering she would under go at his hands.
Bruce changed her sexuality from straight verging on bisexual to full on lesbian, seeking out spunky, energetic women, not unlike Harley Quinn. He upped arousal and romantic levels towards Harleen Quinzel specifically and culled her interest in plants to a more aesthetic sense than pure botany.
That done, he made Pamela more outgoing and social, preferring a night of partying to studying and this would eventually lead her towards the arms of a happy life, he was sure of it.
Dismissing her image, Bruce pondered his next move...
