It was, to all intents and purposes, an ordinary night. Villains pursued villainy, heroes tried to stop them. but, suddenly, a pulse engulfed every "super-hero" and "super-villain" in the world. Their minds released chemicals that lowered their inhibitions, made them horny, destroyed their concentration- to all intents and purposes, made them drunk as skunks.
