It all began when a wishing stone was damaged in a fight between Catwoman and Batgirl. A joke about Catwoman's relationship with Batman and the stone activated. The stones magic granted Batgirl's wish was mixed with Catwoman's aura changed them both. With in the hour Selina had surrendered herself to Batman and the two embraced in a night of wild latex sex. Later that Batgirl engaged in a similar act with Harley Quinn it was then that Batman realized that they were dealing with an outbreak. Rounding up the infected in Gotham and locking them in the Batcave, but, even the best containment plans don't workout. All it took was one man reaching a condom factory and the infection spread like wild fire. The heroes of earth tried their best to halt the outbreak but eventually all feel to the latex plague. The villains tried to harness it to their own ends but those converted had no desire to continue being evil.Nine months later the daughter of patient zero birth marked the end of the final resistance, after words the plague began to spread to the stars and to the mystic realms. There was still those that resented the heroes and sought to replace them as heroes of the new era of mankind. The battle continued to free all life of the burden of good and evil and embrace the pure euphoria of carnal pleasure. It's been five years since it began. Oolong Island was original a prison where scientist were forced by Intergang to build weapons, afterwards the Island became the refuge for the scientists and eventually an independent nation. It was one of the last to fall now it served as the United Nations advanced research facility.
