He needed strength. A strength to overpower any plan the Joker could come up with, endure any bomb or poison. The image of Jennifer Walters came to mind. The JLA and Avengers had come together time and again to tackle threats beyond their individual groups strength. She had been flirty, enjoyed having her powers, and driven. Beyond that, her powers were nearly a match of her cousin's. Such an ally would prove useful.
"I wish Jennifer Walters was my ally in my war against crime in Gotham and my submissive lover." The rock was pleased, but was soon shocked as Batman continued the wish. "I wish that she retained her own will, save for her love for me."
Never, in it's eons of existence, had the stone encountered a will like this. They couldn't add on a wish like that. The wisher would make the victim completely subservient. But this man was not normal by any sense of the word.
It would have it's fun with him.

Reality rewrote itself and just a few months before Dick Greyson became the ward of Bruce Wayne, Jennifer Walters found herself a permanent resident of Wayne Manor. Their wedding was in secret but Jennifer was the first of Bruce's spouses and the strongest, though she loved the other wives nearly as much as she loved Bruce.
Tossing her green hair a bit as she woke up, she smirked at the sight of Bruce still lightly snoring beside her, Selina yawning widely as she sat up, Harley and Ivy joining them.
