The Master PC 2.9 was a genie in the form of a computer program. One which had found any avenue of transportation to spread across the multiverse. The Program arrived in the Ben 10 universe, looking for a user. Hopefully one which could be be used for erotic purposes. It could turn up in e-mails on Earth, complex files on Spaceships or Stations, or over the Extranet which was the alien version of the Internet. Which might have their own E-mails. So as it hunted for users, it created more splinter universes where different people gained the MPC. From heroes to villains to people who were just there in the background... We turn to the choice the Program had where it selected....
