The PSI Energy-numbing headgear that Dr. Psycho had been forced to wear as part of his confinement at Arkham Asylum, did more than neutralize his mine-bending powers. It made him dumb as well. For years since his capture and incarceration by Wonder Woman,
he had been kept in near-total isolation. No one came to visit him, neither did he receive any phone calls. It was a lonely existence.
Then one day, right out of the blue, his padded room door opened up. A prison officer brought him a box that was wrapped in brown paper. Before he could say anything, the mysterious guard left the cell. He sat there for a few minutes before opening the package.
To his utter confusion he pulled out the zipper, then a note that came with the package. He followed the instructions set out in the note and applied it to himself.

A fat prison guard was doing his rounds on the night shift, by checking the windows of the padded rooms. When he got to Dr. Psycho’s room he couldn’t find anyone there. Whipping out his baton he entered the cell. At that moment he felt something been stuck
to his back.
Instantly he turned around, only to see a large, dark shadow right in front of him.
“Who are you? What’s going on here?”
Seconds after uttering these words he started to feel funny. He seemingly felt the temperature rising around him, and moments after that he couldn’t move or even speak. The last thing on his mind was the horror of seeing his own reflection, smiling at him,
before he was spun around, and felt like he was being peeled like a banana.

Driving down the freeway in the fat officer’s private vehicle, Dr. Psycho laughed at his escape from Arkham, but it was shortlived as news of Wonder Woman’s heroic exploits blared on the radio. He switched it off, then started thinking. A smile crept across
his face.
“I’m going to get you Wonder Woman. Just you wait.”
He holds the zipper up to his face.
“You will not know what hit you until it’s too late! Now…how am I going to do this? How am I going to take the “wonder” out of “Wonder Woman”?”
