The Fantastic Four, the Avengers and the X-men had all gathered together to aid the government organization. Because ISO-8 was power given physical form.

 "Our research, aided by the most intelligent of the villain community, have discovered that the ISO-8 can enhance just about anything. Machines, magical beings, supers or even normal humans. Once bonded to them, the ISO-8 has the power to increase their natural properties depending on the type of ISO-8.

 Attack, defense, health, stamina, accuracy, evasion... all are advance by the smallest fragment of the stuff. We have even discovered ways to create the chemical in the lab.

 Now I have discovered new form of ISO-8 which the world has not see before.

 Time to test it!" thought the scientist.
