After thinking about it some more, he decides to make her more than just a sex slave for his dad. He decided, he needed a partner, a woman who would control men, he needed to be 'distracted'. What he needed was a head for his harem. A woman, whom those men, as well as his other slaves would see as their 'mistress', but with him still as their 'master' and him outranking that woman who would be the 'mistress'.

He thought about it, and Jubilee was very hot, and would be an excellent choice. He just needed a few more changes to her to make her his just right for that roll. He made her bust a little larger, and made her MUCH more tomboyish. He also enhanced her powers, as well, in addition to making her loyal and obedient to him, while also being strong and controlling, so she can serve as a mistress to his other slaves. He kept her hair short, and decided to use his powers to keep it that way permanently.

After he was done he stopped, and Jubilee was now his, just like his mom and Crystal. Quickly the alteration took place for Sue and Crystal, and they now saw Jubilee as their fellow slave, but more than that, she was also their mistress. They would follow her orders, and only Franklin's own commands out ranked hers.
