A moment of disorentation overtook the gestalt being that was once Thor and Letha. Her costume had changed very little, remaining a black leather one-piece with polished metal breastplates, only now she had a horned helm atop her blonde tresses along with
chainmail armour. She tried to lift the Hammer of Thor but grunted in frustration as it remained immovable on the ground.
No matter. Now she had the strength of the Aesir flowing through her veins. As her memories began to gel together, a name came to her: Shieldmaiden! The new valkyrie cracked her knuckles.
"She did something to Thor!" Hawkeye called out from his perch atop a high pillar of the fence around the mansion. He aimed his bow at her.
"Yeah, and you got problems of your own, string bean," a voice snarled. Its owner caught Hawkeye in one fist and pulled him down, tossing him into a group of heroes.
Shieldmaiden gawked. It looked like it used to be She-Hulk, only now she wore a black one-piece with yellow lightning bolts down the sides. A mask covered her head, topped with a sharklike fin. It appeared she'd absorbed Tiger Shark and Blackout!
"Name's Blackfin," She said to the other transformed woman in response to the un-asked question. She smiled nastily with a mouthful of sharp metal teeth. "Let's teach these softies a lesson, huh?" Shieldmaiden grinned and the two waded back into battle.
Meanwhile...
Scarlet Claw took aim, a cruel smile on her perfect lips. "There you are, Captain," she said with a chuckle.
It wasn't difficult to pick out the figure of Captain America in the melee. He was a sight to behold, his shield flashing like a rallying banner as he fought. He was amazing, fighting off the Grim Reaper and Mister Hyde single-handedly. Scarlet Claw flipped
the setting to "FEMALE".
"I can't wait to see what you turn out as," she purred, and squeezed the trigger.
At that very moment, two things happened. Taskmaster, who had seen Cap open for ambush, decided to strike - he was an opportunist, after all. He'd woven through the fight and was about to bury his sword in Cap's back...
He hadn't gone unnoticed, though. Ms. Marvel, gliding over the brawl had spotted the distinct white cloak closing in on Captain America, and she saw the figure draw his sword. She dove for the would-be assassin. "Cap, watch out!"
Steve dove out of the way just as Carol caught Taskmaster in a tackle. A beam of light engulfed the two and the resulting being fell to the ground, rolling to her feet... like she'd practiced it?
She wore the white cloak and carried a sword and shield. Her mask was shaped like the top half of a skull, letting her blonde hair fall behind her, and she wore black form-fitting armor and thigh-high white boots. She parried one attack after another and
found she enjoyed it! She reveled in combat, like it was music and she was the teacher.
"That's right, fools," she laughed, driving the heroes before her. "The Governess will teach you how it's done. Come get your lessons!"

"Almost as gorgeous as you..." Jan repeated. She glanced over at Emma. She'd never realized just how attractive the former White Queen was. Wolverine had eyes only for Jean and Jean saw Emma as a rival. Now the combination seemed to be feeling an attraction
towards the blonde! Emma didn't even realize it yet.
Cougar's heart pounded as her and Emma's eyes met. The blonde's eyes widened. "No--"
Before she could react, the redhead was on top of her, her powerfully compact body holding the ex-villainess down. Jan kissed the struggling woman roughly, grabbing her arms. Her mental powers might have been weakened by the merger, but they were still
potent. Now she was subconsciously using them to assault Emma's mind!
"Don't fight it, Emma," Cougar breathed as she kissed the blonde's jaw, ears and neck. "I know you want it too..."
