"Awww you finally arrived, Wonder Woman. I was wondering when you would show up for my victory to be complete" Circe said seemingly unaffected by the presence of her rival. "What trickery is this?" Wonder Woman asked once again while moving toward Circe. "Sisters! Stop fighting! Hear me! Sisters, please stop!!!" she pleaded. The amazons kept fighting deaf to Diana's pleas. Wonder Woman was now reaching the five little steps that lead to the elevated Queen's throne, her hand reaching for her magic lasso. "If I were you, I wouldn't do that, Wonder Woman" Circe said with an evil grin on her face. With a hand gesture, she invited Wonder Woman to look around. "Amazons!" Circe commanded, "Stop fighting and put your swords under your throat!". "Yes, Mistress..." the amazons replied in unison while doing exactly as instructed. "WAIT! STOP!" Wonder Woman shouted restoring her lasso at its usual place on her side. "That's better!" Circe mocked enjoying her superiority over the Amazon. "As you can see, your amazon sisters are all held in thrall by yours truly. One word from me and they will do absolutely anything I'd like... even committing suicide if I wish so." The new Queen added menacingly.
