As Miles thought about who to 'play' with first, he noticed a familiar figure slinking along a rooftop.  She was clad in a form-fitting black bodysuit with cat-eye designs over her ample breasts, black fluff around her wrists and ankles, a domino mask on her face.  Her long white hair flowed freely as the white sash around her belt.  

 

"The Black Cat," Miles said, grinning.  "Perfect." 

 

He swung over to her, hiding in the shadows as he watched her fiddle with the security system of the penthouse.  "Aaand... shut down," Black Cat said.  "Aaah, this feels good.  Crime lording can be fun, but sometimes a good old fashioned cat burglary is just as satisfying."  She strode into the penthouse, ready to raid.  

 

"And that's my cue," Miles said, dropping down into the room.  "Oh, Miz Hardy?" he said.

 

Black Cat whirled, and scowled.  "Just my luck... Go away, Spider-Kid, you're bothering me," she said.

 

Miles put his hands on his hips.  "You know I can't do that," he said.  "What did this poor affluent people ever do to you?" 

 

Black Cat sneered.  "Absolutely nothing.  They're a target of convenience," she said.  "And you're being inconvenient.  Leave, or I make you." 

 

"No, I don't think so," Miles said, rubbing the Carnal Cube ring.  

 

Power suddenly seized Black Cat's mind, the villainess's eyes going blank as she stood up straight, staring straight ahead at nothing.  

 

She's yours, the Cube said to Miles.  What will you do with your new plaything?
