The Merchant saw the first person to arrive, was not a villain like he hoped and tried for. It was a hero, normally a force of order and law. Yet even this could be used for the Chaos which the Merchant wanted.
The hero looked at them and asked, "These can't be the real thing, they're safe..."
"On my table, replaced with look-a-likes. Of course if you want to buy something here, you can have the infinite powers of the items here. What would you like to buy? Cause I'm expecting a lot of people to come by. Doom, Loki, Osborne, Sinister..." said the
Merchant as he held up the Infinity Gauntlet, but to bait the hook as much as to use the gems stones to make sure his chaos could occur.
"How much for the lot, everything you have?" asked the hero as they looked at them.
"A hundred bucks. Pricing them to go. I'll even include a box which should hold all of them." said the Merchant, smiling as the bills hit his hand. What he had not told the hero was the fact the items would return to this hero, either in his hands or in his
home no matter where it might be at the moment. Especially just in time for the hero to use them by accident. They would disappear from who ever the hero gives them to the moment their attention and/or eyes were off them.
