With an emphatic thud, her foot slammed into your torso with a reasonable amount of force, knocking you back against the railing, pressing your lower back against the wooden bars.Releasing a pained grunt, you were barely able to cushion the block, dropping your forearms just in time to prevent any concussive aftereffects.Nevertheless, the wind, as well as your pride, had been knocked out of you.

Cheetah grinned devilishly as her roundhouse kick nearly folded you in half, her powerful thigh still buried within your midsection, at this point ironically holding you above the ground.

You nearly doubled over in pain, but managed to ground yourself at the most crucial second. A wave of pain began throbbing within your ribcage, but your Kevlar armor had softened the blow, at least to an extent.

“Did that hurt?” she taunted, relishing in your suppressed wince.

It was only then that your gloved hand coincidently brushed up against her ankle, and you quickly formulated your next move.

The rusted metallic rods croaking against your weight, you then swiftly hooked your forearm around her ankle, a move oblivious by the feline fury, until now.

Her hubris would turn to horror, as in one swift motion, you grabbed onto her thigh with your other hand. Her smile evaporating into an incensed snarl, she started to claw at you desperately, but you pulled the trigger first.

Your face distorted in pain, but you almost effortlessly swung her to your left, lifting her entire body weight in mere seconds and slamming her smaller, more athletic figure into the metal railings.

With a sickening metallic thud, her forehead cracked off the side of the railing, rendering her previously thrashing body limp within seconds of contact. The metallic sound echoed throughout the warehouse, as she groggily slumped down to the floor.

Wiping a trail of blood off of your mouth, you towered above the now seemingly defeated Cheetah as she slid down, her tail curling off in a timid ball. Her claws scratched against the metal bars before she finally fell to the floor, her hair sprawled everywhere.

“No, but I bet that did,” you remarked wistfully, before reaching into your utility belt. Producing a pair of bat-shaped handcuffs, you started to kneel down next to her, until the unexpected happened.

Her eyes opened.

Glowering up at you intensely, her mouth curled into an impregnable snarl, baring her razor sharp teeth. A brownish blur to her right indicated her tail, but you were simply one second too late to react.

In one swift motion, her tail coiled around your ankle, before yanking back. Taking you off balance, her tail knocked off your feet, sending you crashing to the floor with a sharp thud.

As you recovered your center, Cheetah kipped up, balancing herself on her toes. Regarding your now vulnerable position with a predatory grin, she pounded on you with a sense of finality.

Your eyes widening, you just had enough time to react, and nothing else. Her claws glimmering in the dim ceiling light, you barely managed to bring both knees up to your chest, as she landed atop you.

She grunted as you near deflated her with both knees to the sternum, before shooting your legs back up and mule kicking her overhead.

Using the momentum to roll backwards to your feet, you stood up with a pair of bolas in hand. In turn, Cheetah twisted her body around in mid-air before landing on the ground gracefully, her claws scraping against the catwalk to serve as a makeshift brake.

Flinging the bolas at her, you were once again caught by surprise as she clawed through the bolas in mid-air, her fingernails slicing through the cable almost effortlessly. As the weights clattered to the floor harmlessly, she once again lunged at you.

Shifting backwards, you just barely avoided an involuntary shedding of your Kevlar as her claws swiped through the air in front of you. Seething angrily, she tried again, only with similar results.

Finally, when she overshot her next strike, you took your shot. Ducking as her forearm missed you overhead by a mile, you rebounded with a swift uppercut to the gut, a critical point. Clutching her abdominal region immediately, she started to double over in pain.

As she lurched forward, you grabbed a handful of her hair, and without sympathy, rammed her skull into the top metal bar. The sound of her skull cracking off the railing stunned her, to say the least.

Howling in pain, she glowered up at you resentfully, before lashing out with a viscous forearm of her own. Predicting the move seconds before the idea even materialized in her head, you responded by clamping her wrist in one lightning-quick motion.Twisting it upwards, you now held her in a wristlock while subsequently grinding her face against the rusted metal, much to her utter chagrin. The combined vice grip infuriated her immensely, her body writhing and thrashing about defiantly against you. Finally, with no alternative, she placed one foot on the very bottom bar, her pointed toes digging into the metal to keep her balance. Oblivious to this, you only now began to realize that she was slowly working her way up the railing, her feet climbing the bars like rungs to a ladder.

It was only then that you realized what was happening, but by then, it was too late.

Demonstrating her superhuman agility, Cheetah ran up the railing, before kicking off the top rung, and backflipping in mid-air. To pull off such a feat, especially with her arm pinned behind her, was nearly impossible, but she did with such ease that it nearly surprised you.

Of course, it was that surprise that cost you time to react.

Maneuvering her body in mid-air, she positioned herself on top of you, her powerful thighs wrapping around your neck in a vice grip of her own. Crossing her ankles, a wide Cheshire grin adorned her face as she began tightening her muscles, locking you in an improvised standing headscissors.

Her thighs squeezing against your neck, you could feel the pressure starting to build up in your windpipe, causing you to gag for air. Staggering backwards, you tried flinging her off, but she refused to relinquish her vice grip, only tightening when you tried grabbing her.

With seconds, you realized that you face was growing flushed with a sickly red, and each breath was growing thinner and thinner. Now gasping for air, you blindly collided with the railing, before your legs started wobbling.

Finally, your right knee buckled, causing you to nearly tumble down to the ground with Cheetah still on top. Her legs still wrapped firmly around your neck, you could barely breathe, much less defend yourself.

Out of your peripheral vision, you could see Cheetah cocking one open claw above her head, preparing for the coup de grace. As soon as her claws slashed through the air, a surge of adrenaline saved you from a sliced throat.

A split second before contact, you lashed out towards her, grabbing her wrist. She immediately released a surprised yelp, but before she could react, you slammed her to the ground.

Landing flat on the back with a grunt, Cheetah immediately went limp, her wrist still in your hand. You should’ve finished her right then, but you involuntarily took a few deep breaths, her headscissors had left you dizzy and disoriented.

Opening her eyes, she took advantage of your disoriented state, snapping one leg forward and nailing you right between the eyes with the top of her foot. The kick created a throbbing pain in your forehead as you staggered backwards, allowing for Cheetah to clamber to her feet.

Stumbling into the railing, you were once again caught off guard by her relentless fury, as she lunged at you with feral intents. Her arms outstretched towards you, a wave of adrenaline suddenly rushed through you, just in time.

As soon as she barreled into you, you pinned her wrists, preventing her from slashing you. But her added running boost of momentum sent you both backwards, right against the metal rods.

CREAK! The railing immediately gave away as soon as your combined weights pressed against it, the rods spiraling into the darkness below. In her feral rage, Cheetah had neglected to slow down, and as a result, sent you both over the catwalk, and into the air.

Her incensed snarl transformed into a surprised whimper as you both flailed about wildly in the air, still entangled in the fight. But just as you were about to grab your grapple gun, an unexpecting landing broke your fall. You both plummeted to the hard metallic surface, momentarily halting the fight. You were the first to recover, instinctively feeling the grated floor to deduce that it was another catwalk, probably on a lower level. The catwalk groaned in protest as you rolled over to your side.Narrowing your eyes at the downed Cheetah in front of you, fatigue was starting to set in, but you fought it off. Her body was barely stirring, the fall had definitely took something out of her.

Now crawling towards her, you noticed how her tail was twisting feebly in the air, a sure indication that she was hurt.

Grabbing her ankle, you could still feel a pulse, albeit barely, and started to drag her towards you. But just as you were about to touch her thigh, she suddenly twisted her body around, meeting your surprised glare with a feral snarl.

Lifting her free leg up, she slammed her foot into your face with authority, her sole stamping a sweaty stamp all over your cowl. The kick nearly knocked your back molars out, forcing you to relinquish your ironhard grip over her ankle and fall back.

Sending you flying back on your backside, you grunted as the back of your head cracked against the railing. Scrambling to her feet, Cheetah flashed you a coy grin before lunging one last time, but unbeknownst to her, you were ready.

Shifting back just in time, you rolled the side as her claws instead sliced through half of a metal rod. Not waiting for her to retaliate, you instinctively flung a bolas at her, watching as the cable coiled around her forearm before also tying around the railing as well. The weights kept her anchored long enough for you to take advantage, a surprised yelp escaping her lips.

With a defiant cry, you punched her right across the mouth in an emphatic right cross before she could claw through the cable. Her body almost instantly went limp, sliding down to the floor with her arm still pinned to the railing. A line of blood trailed down from her mouth as her head rolled to the side, subdued for the moment.

Two down, two to go!
