Zarana backed up a vehicle to the nearest terror dome loading dock and began wheeling equipment into an unmarked box truck.
Meanwhile...
Serpentor observed Zarana from a control panel in his throne room. "That traitorous thief! None shall steal from Serpentor and survive! This I Comm-"
"My dear lord Sserpentor," interrupted Cobra Commander, his voice a combination of overt contempt and supplication, "Thiss is an opportunity."
"What are you blathering on about now, fool?" Responded Cobra's emperor.
"Only that this is a unique opportunity the Dreadnocks are mercenaries, and Zarana is the smartest and most careful of all of them... also we know of her lust for the Gi Joe's computer expert, who happens to be in trouble with the Joes at thissss moment."

"Of course, oh great serpentor." Cobra Commander sarcastically placated. "If we allow zarana to take what she needs from the abandoned projects storage, we get the benefit of her causing chaos amongst the Joes for free, other than some eqipment that we have no immediate use for, and which could be easily replaced by Dr Mind Bender."
Serpentor pondered this argument ac Cobra Commander continued.
"Also by merely keeping surveillance on her we can decide to to use her chaos as a diversion for our own operations, or even assist, or ruin her plans as they develop.
